Tachometer

A tachometer is a device designed to measure the rotation speed of a moving object. This unit is known as a revolution counter, rotation counter, RPM meter, or simply as a ‘tach’. Therefore the tool must be calibrated periodically so the tachometer can be optimally used for a long time.
